I feel like the execution and the editing might of killed any chance of winning. I personally felt like it was trying to be dramatic but also funny. It came off as goofy and silly especially with the guy rolling over the front of his car and then slipping after getting out (it was kind of like a cut scene from a 3 Stooges movie). And I didn't think the inverted colors were necessary.

hmmm...interesting, well its cool but you should have used a tripod more...depending on what you used to take this video id say good or bad camera steadiness. If your using a good camera in the 1000 dollar range...great steadiness, if just a camcorder like my panasonic vdr-250 then not good but not really good.

'Tripod' is a file used during editing that can alter the camera position to get rid of the shakes and snaps in panning.

Yes but in some shots, it requires the camera to be mobile, and on these bumpy roads here in florida, the tripod/dolly combination would cause more shaking than our hands. Thanks for your input though!

some cool stuff... If I may offer some advice. Really nice idea and really nice looking shots. Rather than speeding so many things up, try to cut out some unnecessary footage. Obviously, sometime the faster motion really adds a lot (last shot of black and white beach scene) but consider slowing it down a bit, maybe even some slow mo.
