Odd, this is the first time I've ever seen or known this little segment as I have this episode on both an old VHS and a recent DVD and neither of which have this clip in them. Cut out for some reason. I always wondered why the hell this guy just shows up out of nowhere getting up from the floor. Least I know now how he ends up down there.
