This kind of intimidation has gone on in many ways against those who can not afford to

defend themselves.

Only with strong support for ethical officers of the law, perhaps law school students who work foward a particular ethics certification or some other way of employing attorneys to defend those who seem like easy pickings to those who want to overpower for the sake of personal profit.
