It took me whole school year to finish my own book (without printing). I can't keep it, though, it's my school's property. I really love this video :)
I would love to learn and work there, I love the feeling of the texture of paper, the smell of freshly printed pages, while binding the sheets. I am already a calligraphy artist and penman, but doing all this stuff would be so great.
Now you can see why handmade books cost so much money to buy! Besides what is written in them, the time to assemble them in enormous! I'd love to see more of the artwork in side the book!
What you are doing is really cool.. but its hard to watch because of how much the camera is moving around between each frame ... making me dizzy. :S

A dying art :( you should have called the video "E-Book This!"
I still prefer print to screen.

I like Animal Collective's 'Turn Into Something' better that Ratatat's 'Gettysburg' for this one. It's not my video though. Love it either way.

very cool video, awesome way to show how much work it takes to make a real book!
only thing I didn't like: often the camera is too close to the object and that makes it more difficult to understand, what's happening.
