heyyy. how u do this??? i have probs at the start that is the bending the elbows when i go up...do u know how to improve?? i can only use momentum as jump up....
If you have access to a gym with an assisted pullup machine,, use that. If not, put something under your pullup bar so you can start in the top position. Lower yourself slowly until you build enough strength to do one complete pullup. You'll keep improving from there.

not many people do this exercise as it is hard to do ie windsrprk as with most exercises it requires practice and technique when i started i couldnt push out one now i can manage 6 and i can do 2 behind my head not bad for 47
Hi there - I don't perform chinups that often because I'm aware they utilize the biceps more and I want to keep the work focused on my back. It's nice to throw them in once in awhile for variety. :-)

You sound as you had no experience with chinups (palms facing in) and you managed 11 reps on the other video. Had you trained chinups before?
