I get heartburn bad too plus Im always itchy I also too get the pressure on my lower tummy there's not much you can do about that just wait for it to pass. Sometimes when your baby kicks he will kick your ribs and it hurts. I know you are worried about your baby's heartbeat but please stay calm and know that God is watching out for your baby. I will be praying for you and your baby hoping that everything is well. Dont worry just have faith that your baby will be fine. God Bless!
