They never ask for a substantial sum do they? I drive a taxi in New York city, and about 10 times a day I`m always hit up for either a quarter or 50 cents. I mean WTF are they going to do with a quarter, buy a ball of chewing gum from a gas station vending machine? Is this something that suddenly became extremely addictive? Is crack now a quarter a gram?
