If any person is interested in getting an ipad 3 before it hits the shelves you'll be able to apply to become a tester, I did that a few weeks ago and recently received my shipment verification this morning!
If any individual has an interest to get an ipad 3 before it strikes the shelves you are able to apply to become a tester, I did that a couple weeks earlier and just obtained my shipping and delivery verification today!
I believe that the iPad 3 will have some sort of retina display, it may not be the 300 or so dpi of the iPhone 4 & 4s but it I believe it will be much better than the iPad 2. Apple have to do it if they want to stay in the game.
