If you've ever seen the horizon over the Los Angeles basin you would agree that a cleanup certainly is in order, but this does not mean we should impose S. cap & trade / carbon tax policies based on science that is still being debated. Let the freemarket do it's work while educating the people about the good and bad industrial practices. If properly informed, consumers will make the right choices. We do not need international entities making these choices for us.
