@dario2004 i think the problem with you not feeling your hips pop is because the position your arms get into. You start to bend them and thats not bad but when you go from the floor you will keep them strait. But if you get in a habit of bending them you will pull your self under the bar before you even get to the power post. Not really a fan of the "athletic arm-bend" as Harvey Newton denotes it.
