Greatest composer there is in this day and age, this guy can figure anything classical and turn it into a rock song on a guitar. He has a true understanding for music. I have both of his masterpieces playing together in a vid on my page. GP5 and backtrack. He is truly a GOD !
The song is by Johann Pachelbel. He was born in Germany in 1653 and died in 1706. The song is called Kanon in D and it is over 300 years old. It is a great thing to see a young musician look to the past for an absolutely great idea. When in doubt, the past, check it out.
yah, like sl8734 said, his guitar is a weeee bit outa tune, ^.^ even though this guy basically created this rock version, i like Symheris version better, and Funtwo's better ^.^ hes great too, but hes 3rd on my list :p

I think the really good covers are by Indrek, Josh Wu, and FunTwo. Might all sound the same to you because they are all using the same backing track but their guitar notes are different.
JerryC has been credited with being the original arranger of the rock version and the original classical composer is Johann Pachelbel.
