Wow, great job! I have to agree with most of the comments already made. You have some balence issues, but that's kinda tough to control. I guess move the camera closer to you and away from the piano. Try to bring the tempo down some. To the main singer, sit up! I feel like you could give a lot more when you're singing and posture will help with that.
