I find that I get to where Im going a lot faster when I hitch with chill people or alone... the worst is hitching with people that get in miserable/impatient moods... that's when you don't get a ride... :P But sometimes, it can go wither way no matter what the scenerio, that's true... that's life... :P

That's AMAZING that you have to pay so much for your methadone! Here people pay $5 a day (about) if they're not covered... if your on welfare its free... though it used to be $16.66 a month... I believe that it should be free, people that are trying to sort out their addiction and get their life back together should not have to continue the struggle... :|
The Methadone program in the States under (of all people) Prez Nixon was free --you got a script then paid for the fix. It didn't last long, but that was back in the early 70'3! Yeah, hard to believe I was a user and dealer in skag! Those were the days -- you would have loved the 60's, Vomit -- keep doin' what you have to do -- loved the glo collar!!! Stay safe.

Yeah, its not the streets that suck, its the ignorance of society to those less fortunate... people think that if they give to charity they're helping out, when in fact a large % of that money gets put into administrative & advertising costs & not to the people who really need it. I give to a charity called Children In Crossfire, it helps street kids, both here and in Africa, the guys who work for it are 100% volunteers, they have jack all advertising and the publicity they do get is on news, and from people who are high up and actually wana help!
