@Mydogsforever I have another video" Bass Fishin' Lake Oroville, Ca. " where we have some bigger Oroville fish. Most of the bass at Oroville are spotted bass which don't get as large as the black bass. We like fishing the big O for the fast action in Spring and Fall. You can catch a lot of fish at Oroville, but real hawgs are far and few between.
@steamboatsteve1 most of the time at Bidwell Canyon, sometimes at the spillway. There is a free ramp at Foreman Creek, it's more of a small boat or car topper launch, but most of the time you can get a bass boat in there.
am new to cali and have been tryin to bass fish, something new to me, with little luck. Do you do any guiding. Could use some one to show me where and how to fish em.
@redneckleatherneck A local guide is a great way to learn new water. We do not do any guiding, but if you call Oroville Outdoors, in Oroville, Ca. they can set you up. Right now is a great time to fish the Big O. for spotted bass. If you are looking for black bass you might want to consider Clear Lake or the Delta. Cal has lots of fishing opportunities. Good Luck
@Lakers2010ish Lake Oroville has a 5 fish limit per day. Bass must be under or over the slot (12"-15") to be taken. We do not take any bass, although spots are a great eating fish. We do however keep the occasional Coho we catch because the survival rate is low when hooked on a bass lure.
Any real big ones caught
