Recently I have got the VERY FIRST EX-1 album "Masao Hino Plays Electone New Sounds Selections"(King SKA249) released in 1978. The tracks are: Star Wars/Soleado/Gonna Fly Now/The Spy Who Loved Me/Yesterday When I Was Young/La Reine De Saba/El Bimbo/Evergreen/You Are The Sunshine Of My Life/Feelings/Dancing Queen/Mr. Lonely.
Churches have no respect for gear. They get it donated to them and have no clue as to its worth. I have a huge $10,000 mixing board that a church decided was too big and piled dirty rugs on top of after they stored it. The guy that donated it to them managed to rescue it just as they were throwing it in the dumpster.
I played this organ at Yamaha Canada in Scarborough Ontario Canada in 1978.300 watts rms with both refrigerator tone cabinets.Sold brand newin Canada for $32000.00 back in its day.Would love to wind one of these babys up again
hey what a great machine, how much did you pay for it? and is it true that only 10 were made? congratulations, too bad they got rid of the other speaker.
Hello, Great video fellas, It's really cool. The machine sounds great, I am not suprised they only made a few..
Quite a machine.and some nice playing too. Yamaha have turned out some great gear, specially the cs range of synths and the dx100s. The ex1 has some classic synth sounds in there.

I pulled up the pedals when my garage flooded.
Fixed the leak. Pedals soon to be returned to the mothership.
The Pedalboard is big and heavy and made of metal.

It was $1000 delivered.
The church that the EX-1 had been donated to
only used the organ settings for 25 years.
I have pictures of it opened up.
Amazing amount of wires and circuit boards.

Once Chuck gets back the leslie , gets the pedals on and gets more familiar with the Organ, we'll do a much better "Tour" of it.
Pretty Amazing Machine! Just wanted to throw it out there since I haven't seen any other video of one on the net.
