  • Thank you thank you thank you for this review! I just got my sample bars in the mail (I got the grapeseed shae, the calendula castille, and the neem and tea tree), and I was concerned about them lasting long enough to make an adequate judgement, so thanks for setting my fears to rest on that. I haven't tried them yet, but I have tried the eye mousse, and I just love it! Also, thanks for reviewing the rhassoul. I was on the fence about ordering that one, but I will certainly try it now. : )

  • Hi there, thanks for the review! I couldn't agree more when you said, "I'm 20+, and I've been trying products for my entire life" (something along those lines). It's just a line of alright product after alright product and it feels like you hit hidden treasure when you find the perfect item!! I also have acneprone skin but I'm oily/normal.. any recommendations besides the rhassoul one? And too bad I live outside of the US; shipping is a lot more expensive :(

  • love the review! i love using organic products as well as eating organic foods. ive never felt better as far as health goes, and my body looks and feels great! i

  • I bought their OLive Babbasu for hair. Its just lovely... I also bought their 3 lotion butter bar it works great on my skin. Their soapnut sunflower shampoo bar is also good I used it. I am a fan of the products.

  • @srivirao They are a really great company, and I will never go back to store bought facial cleansers again! I like the fast that everything is handmade AND they work great! I have never tried their shampoos, but many at LHC really loves them! AND the complexion bars last FOREVER! Even when i am down to sliver, it lasts me about 2 weeks! LOVE!

  • I love your video You have gorgeous skin... I am going to try these soaps I hear that these soaps are organic so you can use them both on body and hair..

  • @srivirao Thanks!!! My camera is quite forgiving. My skin is by no means perfect. I have allot of redness because my facial skin is reeeeeally thin and sensitive. Some of their soaps are 100% organic, tho i don't think all of them are. The organic ones are specified on their site. I don't have any info on using their facial bars on your hair, but they do make shampoo bars. I warn you tho, if you haven't used a shampoo bar on your hair before, it is different that using solid shampoo or liquid

  • @lerchskat shampoo. You can email the company for more info. If you are thinking about getting these bars- the rhassoul clay is great if you have super oily skin, and the grapeseed is good for more normal skin. I alternate depending what my skin needs. When it is super cold and my skin is dry, I like the grapeed. When I get a blemish or my skin is oily, I love the rhassoul. They are honestly the best cleansers I have ever used! Let me know how you like them!!!

  • I love all of your videos! I love Chargrin Valley and the BPAL forum and it is great to see these reviews and videos about them :) You mentioned to exfoliate with the clay complexion soap, did you have any brand suggestions or the kind of exfoliant to use?

  • @ilovemst3k Hi hun! Thanks so much! The exfoliator that I have used for YEARS is St Ives. My mother always used it, so I have been using it for about 20 years now. I have tried a couple of other ones, but always come back to St Ives. I hope this helped, and thanks for watching!

  • i like the 4 CV soaps i've used. they're gentle.

  • @expertonmyself Yup. They are gentle, but they do the job! The best i have ever used, really, and I have used every soap on the shelf. Thanks for watching!

  • I am glad I found your video :)

I am not the type to buy online and tend to be skeptical when I hear a lot of rave about a company---but your video made me want to give in because I my self have acne prone skin---

I want to ask you personal questions in regards to your skin condition--

How was your skin before? Dry? large poors? acne scaring?

After how many uses did you notice a difference?

Did you notice any difference at all in the feel and look of your skin ? looks supple & radiant

  • My skin was pretty bad. I was using products made for acne, but it would dry out my face SO much-in return my skin would overproduce oil.

I noticed a difference within a few washes. It is really important to make the correct choice of soap. As I stated in my vid- I use one of them when my skin is a little drier, and the other when it is oilier. It is always important to exfoliate- this has also helped. It is still not perfect, but it is So much better. I am wearing a touch of bare minerals. HTH
