It depends on the adsinthe...and the white balance of the camera. It's safer to say that it has a jade color, but some are more green than others, and I've just found one, in a really cool bottle, that's blue. The color comes from an herb used only to dye the liqueur; absinthe is really a clear liquid, so it all depends on the manufacturer what color it is and how deep is the hue.
