There is dialogue that gives info that Allegra (Sylvia's (really curly hair) daughter) is a lesbian, and Sylvia's husband takes her car and it makes it seem like he is cheating on his wife.

If the song is the song that they used originally in the film then YouTube can't get you for it. They may not have the copyright but if you're allowed to use the film legally (which I'm surprised YouTube didn't mind?!) then you're allowed the music with it becuase the film people will have already paid the royalties etc for the music.
