my coach always says to have the butt of the stick hit your elbow. it doesn't work that well with my stick though, Casey's method works better for my sick's stringing.

Yah i agree Mikey is overrated. He is only a shadow of what he used to be. He's only famous cause of scoring from across the goal with that one leap and other stuff like that.

Depends on your head and stringing pattern. I have a torque with 4 rolled and I can follow through and have it a perfect hard pass.
