I can't think of very specific examples right now, but I suggest you listen to guys like Joao Gilberto, Luis Bonfa, Toninho Horta, Joao Bosco, Toquinho, Robeto Menescal and ,of course Antonio Carlos Jobim. Do your own research and you'll find you'll learn much more than you would if I just gave it all in a plate. Keep practising and have a great new year!
