  • @ddrusa you boil the wood, then bend it.

  • how do you get the wood the curve like that and bend

  • that is freaking awesome coasster bro

  • how much did it cost?

  • What about whether conditions affecting the coaster? Lightingning?

  • did you ever finish this???????

  • did you ever finish it. This is one of the best that I have seen.

  • lol put the camera on wheels and lets it ride! xD

  • are you still making this?

  • no, I tore it down a while ago, I will make a very good one someday :)

  • @V00D00805 lol, maybe someday

  • @V00D00805 too bad, it looks like it was going to be one of the best byrc

  • have you given up? because if you havn't, don't

  • i think if you haven't already put a lift hill on it using the chain and the loud wooden coaster clicker to keep it from rolling back if the lift fails.

  • test

  • is it almost done i want to see it

  • looks very smoth and fun dood thats sick

  • Wow. So cool. Make it really long !

  • lol 5 dolla 5 dolla per ride

  • Is this coaster finshed yet?! I cant wait anymore!!!!!

  • did you ever release a video of its completed version? would love to seen this in action as I'm thinking of creating one myself this coming summer....great work btw!

  • how did you trun yours i cant trun my

  • I made a pvc One Like This But i wanna Make One Like this Too It looks Way Cooler an u post a vid Showing How U did the Track Cuz I dont Get exactly How U Did It

  • Are you ever going to finish? lol

  • you should keep the bank going the go to the foot of the hill make a lift the turn right then start all over. sure it would just be a circle but it would be great for a backyard one. and how do u bend the wood? plz respond

  • Hey how did you get the wood too turn for your coaster dude and how much did it cost when you finished.

  • PVC is probably faster because it's more 'smooth' but how did you do that on this (wooden) roller coaster? Just many small pieces or do you have a secret?

  • Its actually very simple, you just use 3/4 inch boards and after you put supports into the ground you bend the boards over the cross-ties (which should be connected to your supports) and screw them down to the cross-ties and then you laminate the first board by putting another 3/4 inch board on top of it and fastening it down to the board. And that is how you make a nice, smooth track, just like the pros do it.

  • Well, thanx !

  • @V00D00805 DUDE HOW ,MUCH DID IT COST JUST TO DO THIS ONE PART

  • are you ever going to finish this? i hope so and if you built more to it please make an update video

  • im making one too.ive got my design it just has been raining alot here.the frame of mine is out of wood but the track is pvc.

  • I think im just gonna make a new one out of the wood from the old one but im not shure where and what the design will be yet.

  • I forgot how awsome this one was when it was in its prime lol, now its gone and im still thinking of new designes for a new one.

  • It depends on how thick the pvc pipe is, the pvc i'm gonna use has about 650psi of pressure before it breaks.

  • amazing!! your like my hero i loooooove rollercoasters and im hopefully gunna make my own someday... ps what did you use for the wheels and attachments and stuff...

  • I tore this one down and im gonna build a new one close to where this one was. The new one will have a pvc pipe style track and will have a taller and steeper drop than the first one i built. The end of it will be a 90 degree hill that i will attach to a tree. I will start construction on it soon and I will post an update after I have built some of it.

  • don't do pvc, it after a while i'll break with people wait on it!

  • no... pvc is very reliable, because if it wasnt, they would have to come and change your water pipes every year or so.

  • i just think wood is better, more professional and looks and feels beeter! in my view

  • are u still building on this!?

  • update??

  • you should have built it in the mountains, lol

  • coaster god

  • we have a hill near our house thats like a roller coaster.

  • omfg awesome!

  • hey i might make a roller coaster too itll be cool

  • this is gonna be awesome... cant wait till its done

  • oh by the way, if you haven't noticed yet there is a pov vid of the old design, and it's awesome.

  • kk he is some recent news about the rc. I will post a new vid in the next couple of weeks that will show how the cart works on the first part of the ride which is the hill and the turn. I haven't been doing to much to the ride because my table saw broke and i'm w8ting for a replacement part. Once I get the track completely done in that section and the cart chassis done I will make a new vid.

  • yes, I will try to use the same stuff that Jeremy Reid had on his backyard coaster, its some kind of high density plastic stuff, I cant think of the name right now. Its cheaper than metal and i guess it works good because his pov looks like a pretty smooth ride, and it doesn't rust :)

  • dude urs is awsome how did u make the wood bend like that without braking

  • You could submerge it in water for a couple of hours, then take it out and get right to the nailing. Once it's nailed in and it dries, you're done.
