I respect a woman's desire to play sports and if football is what she wants, I applaud her for it. However, most men find it pretty unattractive; that is, women playing masculine sports. Like I said, nothing against it, I respect those who dedicate their time and money into it, but it just doesn't really fit a woman's stature in my opinion.

This is depressing. There is less skill on that field than in a pee-wee football league game. Sure, they can have as much fun as they want, as all of this literally means nothing. But, if they are doing this for a reach towards equality then they are sorely mistaken. This is almost embarrassing. "We can do it too!" If this is the motto women want to carry, they should place it in a level that they can actually compete in. Cooking shows, ladies. Keep your head in the right areas. Embarrassing....

@suppie100 you and most of the responders here are missing the most important detail. No female athlete is going to play football over another sport. This is purely recreational. Any good female athlete is going to be trying to play soccer, fastpitch softball, or basketball. Any who play football aren't athletic enough or young enough for the other sports that at least have a small amount of attention, maybe one or two days per year. That being said, there's nothing wrong with them playing it.

Female football players simply do consume less steroids than the male professional players, that's why they are so much much slower and less powerful. Take away the drugs and "medical" treatment from the male players and they will lose the bigger part of their strength, speed, endurance.
