I only complain about this man-voice. It would be perfect with only her voice doing all vocals, as Burton once did on the original version, which is my favourite of Fear Factory. I know, I know, its important for the song-dynamics to have this man-shouts, but she could do it I guess. To make a full female-vocal-ed version of that song. The growl of him is annoying to me, thats why i dislike.

@hollowpoint249 I actually don't think this is screamo, maybe you don't know very well the kinds of singing, or maybe i'm wrond...the vocals are not high, like on screamo bands (bring me the horizon, for exemple) those ones on this song are a little bit too low to be screamo, this kind of singing is more for a death metal band (cannibal corpse) ...there is grunting, growling, screaming and a lot of techniques for this kind of singing...but aybe i'm wrong...that's just my opinion...

Esta versión es muy pobre, no se lo han currado, Simone tiene muy buena voz pero debería haber cantado solo la parte más melódica y haber dejado al vocalista gutural cantar la otra parte, y cambiar un poquillo el tema, hay que aprender de In Flames o Killswitch Engage a la hora de hacer versiones, hacen que te olvides de que es una versión porque la transforman a su estilo completamente.

I'm sorry, but Epica is a much better band than Fear Factory. They even covered the damn song better than those guys could compose it. When I heard this song I thought I was going to like Fear Factory, but when I looked up the original song...well, it was crap. Their singer just can't sing and I don't know what it was but this song just seems better instrumentally as well. Oh, and Mark's grunts fit in perfectly.

Both, Fear Factory and Replica are very different bands. Both are good enough, but in my opinion, I think the original version is better than this one, especially because I've been in two live presentations of Fear Factory and their performance is so sound-original. And they don't use voices modulers, as Epica does in this version.
