The most fitting word for what is happening in Europe and America right now is Colonization:
1. The natives are forced to finance the "settlers".
2. The natives are punished if they criticize the "settlers".
3. Propaganda tells the natives that their own culture is worthless.
4. Propaganda says that Natives who criticize the "settlers" are low educated and stupid.
5. The new masters may threaten, rob, beat, rape and murder the natives without penalty.
