hey, nice playing you take it too a sunset in my mind.. i like the subtle bends, im 41 now and glad i finally took up the guitar as if im broke n lonely in my old age at least ile have that kind of expression and ability going for me in the guitar playing.
very tasteful music. ive discoverred alot of guitar heroes in this past year.
im happy to join in and hopefully once im established with modern technology (as i lag in that area) ile be uploading myself .
Thanks my friend :-) Guitar can be your companion when you do not have one. I've always enjoyed playing and sometimes taken some long breaks from it but have always come back.
Interesting choice for a Gilmour-ish player as yourself. IMO Jeff Beck occupies a place in the universe that fits well with Gilmour's style yet is still different & unique. He is the one guest guitarist that was suited for Roger Waters material as Gilmour's absence leaves a void that is hard to fill. I think Waters would have seen more success in his solo career had Beck been used on every album. You sound very good on the Legacy........again.
Thanks man :-) It was a jam track named Beckish. I wasn't trying to sound like anyone except for myself one this one. I love Beck though, he is great, always loved his playing and still do. I try and mix it up a little hoping people won't get board including myself :-) Thank you for watching.....
Danny..SIr... I'm only 39yo but been playing guitar since i was 5y.o. I just wanted to say that DAMN I'm impressed by your playing. I've heard allot of guitarists in my life so far and I WILL rate you in my top 3. I've not only subscribed but will be a daily listener, while I work...Thanks for being on youtube....Justin
Thats a very big compliment Justin and honored if you listen to my little jams. I totally quit playing for for than 13 years and had lost all interest. Picked it back up again a couple years ago. I love to play when life allows :)
Danny did you swap out the pickups in your G&L Legacy for single coils? I seem to remember another video of yours with what seemed like the same guitar but with the G&L dual blade pickups.
Hey! Yes, I switched to Dimarzo Virtual Vintage, Bridge DP402 Vintage blues, Middle DP407, Neck DP408. Nice smooth sound to me. I like them better in this guitar myself. I have quite a few videos with these pickups now. Good tone to me.
@dlrdanny Ah they sound nice. I've been thinking of doing the same on my G&L Legacy at least on the neck and middle pickups. The dual blades sound nice but I miss the "quack" of single coils.
My Friend.i must say really really god Job. Famous playing Awesome Feeling .Tip at the Next Vid what you post take the BAcking Track a little bit lower and your awesome Guitar Sound more on Stage .When you record the Guitar Track made 3 Tracks left and Right and in midl full Stereo Power but fate this Track a little bit lower than the left and right Tracks. Thant"s it .Regards and see you at your next Vid Axl (Schnullyman)
@Schnullyman Hey Axl, thats great advice and thank you! I will try that the next time. You get such an awsome sound on your videos, very powerful. Love it!
@wesmatron Wow, it makes me happy if someone likes what I do. I'm my biggest critic, I almost did'nt post this thinking maybe it wasn't good enough. I really do appreciate the nice comments, it makes me feel good and want to do better. I wish I had a big body guitar to play on this one.
@wesmatron Thanks alot, I got the backing track from my friend Jacqes at jacqesguitars. And you turned me on to "Schnullyman" witch is really cool music, and thank you for that.
Thanks Mike, I really liked this jam track and popped something out the same day I got it. I like G&L'S better also myself. This one is a 1996 and the last of the 3 belt necks.

Nice job Danny ! very tasty licks. Just love those G+L necks over Fenders myself. Mine has a 12" fretboard radius more like a Gibson.
