  • 0:26 KKKKKKKKKKK

  • O gayzão olhando kiko 0:26

  • esse kiko tem um fraseado bom demais

  • Kiko, which of these Tech 21 Character pedals seems the most versatile? If you had just one, which one would that be? Thanks!

  • @dreamgoesonvideo

I am not Kiko, but I can tell you that the Liverpool is probably one of the most versatile one in the series.

  • I love the personality on this pedal its pretty unique havent heard one like it. its very distinct

  • looks like he's got it cranked up to the rectifier mode, guess that accounts for the muddiness lol

  • man getting paid to dick around . god bless the usa

  • que merdaa é issoooooooooooooooo

  • Nothing distracted him from his playing but then checked out the blonde chick as she walked by

  • que tranquilidade hein kiko!! Tocando a vontade, sem assédio da molekada!! rsrsrsrsrs...

  • all of you are ignorants....

if you say that he, kiko sucks....

you've got to learn a lot about music....

he was not playing santana, he is latin as well, brazilian, it is his own composition....

    die you all

  • Kiko's playing "SHREDS"!! His chops are "KILLER"!! It's the California pedal that I found disapointing, when I demo'd it at Sam Ash,because the British model was out of stock. The California I found, has a tendency to be very "Farty" in the lows and low mids. Just like a Dual Recto, with stock Sovtek,ie. Mesa/Boogie tubes. The British from what I've heard, has more of a mid range presence to it,and it'll probably be the sound I'm looking for.I can't wait to try one out. Kiko's playing is great!!

  • @turbinexman you might be using it wrong..its meant to be used as a canceler of the amp's preamp via the return of the effects loop (preamp pedals are best used that way).. not as a distortion pedal or replacement of an amp like straight into a computer etc...that ALWAYS sounds farty.

  • yeah that's seem from satan style..sorry santana style..!!..latin style also..(from me, in south france...avignon..hé hé hé))

  • nice playing.pity there's a million zillion people that can play this shite.

  • no chords? I feel beat off upon.

  • What song He is playing?

    I wanna know.

  • Sounds like parts of the solo section from hoist that rag by tom waits but im fairly sure whatever hes playing is not the same song as hoist that rag. just a coincidence

  • I'm pretty sure the first thing is something by Santana.

  • santana - be free

  • I wouldnt buy this pedal based on that demonstration. IT sounds like a synthesizer

  • I can hear the character of the pedal, but it's because of the fact that the pedal is being run into a solid-state Tech 21 amp (atleast that's what I think it's running into), plus the goddamned YouTube sound quality, that a lot of people may not be able to distinguish the true potential of the pedal.

  • this pedal would be great with a bit less buzz...but then again, that wouldn't be california style, would it? XP

  • Exactly right! For less buzz there is the British, or the Liverpool. To Each His Own.

  • it's very dry and precise he just need some delay or reverb and maybe an eq but tech 21 are just awesome preamp di stompbox i have one of it for my bass and i used sometimes for my guitar it's just awesome and blow away your ears ^^.

  • ...sounds like a Mk I that needs some cap work...yechhh!!!

  • sick playing dude!

  • dude?....

do u know who is him????

  • Sounds more like a fuzz pedal than a boogie! But it could sound better through a different setup, but you would think that tech 21 would want their namm demo to be as flattering as possible.

  • is that even going into an amp or is it direct? sounds like muck - i wouldnt touch it!

  • your an idiot this is amazing tone.

  • jeasus man - dont be so agressive - all im saying is that its sounds quite muddy and compressed with no sparkle to the tone, far to much bottom end, and the high end seems like its been cut directly out with a high band EQ.

thats just how i feel - others may like the tone

  • @exhaustedfiles Mesa amplifiers were never about sparkle to begin with.....they're generally very warm sounding.

  • @CorvetteCoonass Forget it, IDC anymore, I know exactly what a mesa sounds like

  • @exhaustedfiles As do I, my guitarist plays through a Triple Rectifier, or as I like to call it, the Triple Rectum Fryer. :P

  • wow

  • Yeah i guess, but i love brian may's tone so I just got mad when you called it muck. lol

  • what amp was this through?

  • toca smeel like ahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahaahah

  • The British pedals sound is great. The California sounds muddy.

  • angra!!!

  • Mto legal! q supimpa.

  • Que bosta de timbre, uma merda total.

  • que coisa escrota hein

  • I met him later on that day.Hes just awesome!

  • Toca Stand Away.
