You can only use the backgrounds of famous ppl if they are there in cp! (Ex. Rockhoppers Ship Is On The Beach) Then get the rockhopper background before he leaves! Then when sensei is there on cp then get the background for free if u have penguin storm... Non-Memvers and members can have for free... Hope this helped!
