Let me start by saying that I love Natalie and the Maniacs. However, calling a spade a spade, I find this to be nothing but an anti-military song. What's wrong and dishonorable about defending our country? Why should deciding to join the military cause any angst? It is noble and necessary. If you hipsters out there want to continue enjoying your unique American freedoms then you should really change your opinions of those who choose to serve while you get your art and philosophy degrees.

i don't think i fit anywhere on the map of socio/politics but have to agree with the sentiment. i don't know..maybe they do train men to be killers. now natalie has to deal with bad cops who want to boast of what they make a year..and their bravodo.

i believe that the world is hopelessly wrong in their abuse of animals and the environment. but i don't think natalie is that great a champion of the cause.
