iOS 4.0.2 SHSH Blob's Concerns (Where are they Apple?)

i think 4.0.2 is a temp fix and will soon merge with 4.0.1 without notice... my mate works for apple tech team he said soon the shsh file will not be released to any other server like cydia etc it will be found on your phone itself and only itune will be able to read it due to rolling encrptions running on the phone and apple's server maybe this would explain no blobs for 4.0.2?????????
