@regardz01 I am unable to program my ESC. I have tried to change battery on the "power pack" i've used from an old Nitro car. worked before on other ESC's, but dosent work anymore. What can be the issue? I want to change the way it runs cause it does not suite my run style.
i have the same kit, does the motor beep or does the esc beep, im confuzed, my capacitor on the esc started burning up (giving out smoke) when i attached the battery, do u know what i should do
omg i got the exact same package as you, the extra things i need just to solder it to the motor what do i need extra? like if i was to ask the guy at my nearest hobby store?
@lompertje : The only thing should make sure is that the middle connection on the motor is conncect to the middle wire of the ECS. For the other 2 connection is does not matter how you connect them....
I´m going to buy this set, but I don´t know how many cables and connectors I need. Could you please tell me? And could you also tell me where to get them? Online-Shop or something?
There are already 3 cables soldered on the ESC. You you only need 3 short pieces of 4 cm each (depening on you rc car) on the motor side. You can get them on any good RC store. In Germany Conrad Electronic will sell it definitely....
Thats correct...the wires are too short. That's why i soldered seperate cable and connectors to the motor.....als that has the advantage that i can easily swap the engine into a another RC car....
can i use a 45 amp esc for a 5.5t brushless motor?
RCviswa 6 days ago
I have my ezrun.
The esc has 3 cables with female connectors these were already built in.
So now i need silicon wire 3.5mm and 3.5mm bullet connectors male right.
KDV97 5 months ago
@KDV97 yes that is correct.
regardz01 5 months ago
Thanks for your reaction,
I am gonna use deans connectors
But i meant the 3.5mm connecters.
In the unboxing you show 3 of them but you need 6 (3males)(3females).
KDV97 5 months ago
@KDV97 In my set these connectors were included...i did not had to buy them seperatly....in which kit are you going to use the EZrun?
regardz01 5 months ago
So you need 3 extra connectors right ?
3 comes with the ezrun and you need 3 extra to attach them together ?
KDV97 5 months ago
@KDV97 ; You get all the connectors (at least i got them with mine). You need connectors for connecting
to you batterypack (Tamiya, Deans or gold plugs....)

@TheStealther That is weird. Normaly when you power the ESC and the connect the esc to the programmer
card all whould work. Check if you battery is charged and if you use a 7.2v battery pack.
regardz01 6 months ago
@regardz01 I am using a normal stock battery pack from a GP Fazer (Kyosho) with 4 AA battery's in it. Used it before, but now. no?
TheStealther 6 months ago
Does it come with the bullet connectors?
OrangePHX 1 year ago
@OrangePHX ; No you have to buy the 2mm bullets

What good points does this motor have?
shikakae123 1 year ago
@shikakae123 ; first you have value for money.
It is brushless and therefore almost no maintenace.
Is it fast and realibale. So far never had any problems.
OVerall the whole set is good value for the money you pay for it.

justinbeiberhascrabs 1 year ago

run time

did you have to cut your own wires for the motor and get your own 3.5mm plugins
slymylizard 1 year ago
@slymylizard ;
The wires on the ESC are already soldered on the ESC.
You only need to solder the wires on the motor. You need to get your own 3.5mm plugs......

No you can't using a 25w iron. Minimum 50w to get a solid and robust connection......
