70's era Mooney. I am a local, and I actually talked to the ATC guy that was communicating with him. He filed a missed approach and while he was turning either crosswind or base he stalled. The flaps were left down, and the bank along with the flaps increased the stall speed so the plane flat spinned into the ground. The airport is KRSW.
