  • i want you for Dad !!!

  • I have a tiny terror but don't have a mosrite. I use a standard telecaster, great for playing songs like Durango'95 and She's The one! Great vid!

  • @davey5321

Thanks! A Telecaster is a great guitar for punk rock:)

  • Whao what are your amp settings ??

  • @SpaceAce2704

    Volume 2, tone 10, gain 9.

  • Gabba Gabba Hey!

This was very well done (just like the others too)

  • @marconesrock

    Thanks man!

  • AQUI NO TOCA EL LA GUITARRA,ES LA DE JHONNY RAMONE SEGURO,JAJAJAJAA.ES UN ENGAÑO.

  • @ralfnoain

    Gracias por el cumplido!

  • Woody, still waiting on your Dead Boys clip-Sonic Reducer, you know you can do it.

  • That your fan of Brazil!

Great job dude and keep going

  • @tiagofoo

    Thanks a lot!

  • yeahh!!! great soud!! hey man u know what pedal have the ramones sound??

  • @listentomisfits138

No pedal: guitar straight into amp. That's it:) If you want a pedal anyway I'd go for an Ibanez Tube screamer. Has that seventies rock sound.

  • Wow. You are getting fancy, eh?..lol

  • @fredannett

    Yep...:)

  • *5wow^^A=M=A=Z=İ=N=G^^wow5*you are exceptionally good at guitar

  • @horizont20001

Thanks for all your nice comments & for the friends invite! Really appreciate that:)

  • Wow what a sound - This is excellent man, you'll have to do more like this - Some off the first album would be good 'cos you can remove the original guitar completely - I use a similar method on my vids by playing guitar live along with a pre recorded backing track, lots of fun - Excellent playing too, you know as well as i do that this song can be slurred into one big messy chord, which i've done many times.

  • @ColonelBuckshot

Thanks! I was playing with the idea for a while but for some reason it just never happened. And oh yes, it looks so easy but most people don't realize that timing is everything if you want to replicate Johnny. It's a big plus when you can also play the drums and/or have an above average feel for rhythm.

  • Yeah too true - Great job done man.

  • Really nice sound!!!

  • @antsu75

    Thanks!

  • The FS-1 still lacks the insanely wide range of the mosrite pickups. And of course, you can hear the low wattage. But for what it is, it's great.

  • @KMJKAlfa

Thanks. I'm sure that the purchase of a decent microphone will further improve the sound. Maybe next week:)

  • It'll most likely capture the distortion better. Dont know about the pickup range...

  • Wow, that's even more awesome than your other videos! (not to say, they are really good too!)

That studio-like recording is cool. If it's not too much trouble for you, I'd gladly watch your upcoming videos recorded that way!

    Best wishes:

    Cal

  • @Calypsol86

Thank you! There is more in the planning for next week:)

  • Hard to fault ..some of the best recording on youtube :)

  • @organicpaul

Thank you. The quest for the perfect sound continues...;)

  • Awesome again Woody. Keep it going.

  • @DannyDee69

    Thank you!

  • Nice sound martin!

  • @ChineseR0ck

    Thanks:)

  • Sounds Kick Ass!!! All your hard work paid off!! It sounds perfectly mixed to me!! 5 Stars!!

  • @sageguitar70

    Thanks man!

  • Aaah, so you're adding technology to your recording process now! But that means less time playing, more time on the computer.

    Sounds great!

  • @korgrandi

Thanks! As long as it's not getting too technical and time consuming it's all part of the hobby:) But on average recording one song takes me a whole day, including rehearsal, recording and post processing.

  • that was so Johnny Ramone, good stuff man, good stuff, this is one of my fav songs.

    D-U-M-B everyone's accusin' me!

  • Awesome!!

It sounds so accurate to the recording.

    Gabba Gabba Hey!

  • @BadReligion1994

    Thanks man!

  • Yeah!! Wow that sounds so awesome!!You mixed it perfectly.I'm gonna watch it again.

  • @Nimrod7994

    Thanks a lot!

  • wow, this is definitely a different sound, and it's also excellent! imo, the tone of your guitar sounds deeper than usual. and your mastery of the recording process and your inventiveness are amazing to say the least!! great job on this great song!! 5*

  • @gkoz791

I had this plan for quite some time because it's the same method that I use to record my guitar parts for the collab videos. So why not apply that to Ramones covers:) It also gives you more room to adjust the sound more to your liking.

  • Nice tone man!! I record in a similar manner. It works real well when the studio recorded guitar is recorded hard left or right. Great job as usual!!

  • @Earnhardt12345

Thanks! The Ramones debut album would be excellent material for this. Next step is the purchase of a decent mic and sound card:)

  • 5*****

  • Man , I wish I could get my vids to sound this good. I dont think I have the tools necessary as you described in the info. Good job on this!

  • @bglad4life

Thank you:) Basically all you need is a camcorder, a tripod and some audio/video editing software.

  • sounds great... I'm looking forward to the next cover! !!
