@frozenXkisses75 well similar to this anime is Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne. for romance/comedy i could recommend full moon wo sageshite, kirarin revolution, tokyo mew mew, yumeiro patissiere, clanned, ranma 1/2, super gals and daa daa daa (aka ufo baby). well hope this helps.
