Some say Gerard Butler was the best Dracula, others say Christopher Lee. What I find amusing..? is that neither (though they were great, no if ands or buts!) looked nothing like the historical Prince Vlad. Oldman however, went that extra mile. (& redefined the role forever!)

Hell, Lee himself was quoted to have been blown away by Oldman's performance: how that for an endorsment?

the accent is a little freaky, but the grammar is perfect for the line "tu esti dragostea vietii mele"( and for all other romanian lines and this is great)

@1991corina1 Yeah technically in the novel he spoke perfect English (i.e. without such a thick accent, or no accent at all) but since Bela Lugosi was Hungarian and probably still was learning English at the time, his accent was ingrained into the idea of a typical vampire.

Apparently, it is, "Tu eşti dragostea vieţii mele ... vieţii mele." Which is supposed to mean, "You are the love of my live ... of my life." I think that 'mele' should be 'mea,' though, as I thought that 'mele' was only a plural form.
