Media-wise alone everything I've seen from England is far better than most of our pathetic American productions. I mean look at Merlin, Being Human, The Inbetweeners, Doctor Who, Torchwood, and Skins, hell even your soaps like Hollyoaks and Eastenders are interesting.

Colin did all auditions for Merlin in his native Northern Irish accent but the producers finally decided that Merlin should be 'English'.

So Colin plays Merlin with an English accent but when he's himself, he speaks this endearing brogue! :D

Bradley wonders why they picked him for this role, well I know. He hardly has to do any acting work from my point of view. When you see the cast diaries I think his character looks a lot like Arthur's. They are both very selfconsious, they have a lot of selfconfidence and they like to bully the people they care about.
