No those were the LS engines, LQ/LM engines are what came in trucks. Basically the same engine though.

This isn't my truck, I really don't know about swapping gen III/IV engines in a S10 but I just put a 5.3 in my C1500. I know on my truck at least, I put adapter plates on the block and used my stock motor mounts but I am not sure about 4.3's since I took out a 5.7. The title says the truck is using a 4L60E and I'm going to assume it's been beefed up to handle the 6.0.

i could do that with my 4 cyl s10 and all i got is a magnaflow cat/back custom intake and a stage 2 jet performance chip . if i lower it 5 inches mine would drift identical .... this video doesnt show shit if that truck has the 6.0 it will rip the hair off your ass
