  • the best music ever is from the 50 and 60's...nothing beats it and never will

  • What a classic ! Marvelous road song.

  • There's no other era in life that will have songs like these thrillers.

  • Great song!!!!!!

  • It is great to see some of my generation picks music like this over the garbage put out today. There aren't way too many that do listen to true music anymore. It is most certainly a crying shame.

  • I am 22 have his (dion) entire discography on Vinyl dating back to 59! Really great stuff one of the most underated artist of that time, just hate his drug habit tore apart his music!

  • The Del Satins are still playing today at various clubs on Long Island. They still sound "great"

  • great of you to share this STEREO version. Thanks

  • This should have been a song for Fallout 3. It fits perfectly.

  • the original song about being a player

  • yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • @richard123john The singer is not dead he is still alive and well, and next time before you even try faking try to at least do a little research.

  • I Love This Freaking Song why cant we live back in those good old days again

  • i read a book called The Wanderes 2 years back my freshman year and it mentioned Dion and The Four Seasons and since then i've loved this.

  • to all the people with bad comment at music from those years: if they didn't make that kind of music, you never had the music that we have now. and age? so what ! music has never heard of that word.

  • i love the old music, this is my fav song ever and movie

  • Great catchy bragging tune that gets painful if you've been there. Classic story telling Buddy Lucas tenor sax solo most people can whistle! Also I'm glad you're 18 and a dig all that music. That's what we need on this earth, youth with open ears. I'm in my 20's and people are surprised how open I am to old music. Real good music is timeless

  • Classic.

  • Nice to see you kids like the music that I grew up on.Rock on Dion

  • wow, my dad and mem, my family is italian, so I am, AND I LISTEN TO THIS ON CD!!! I LOVE IT!!! I'MMA RECITING IT NEXT YEAR!!!!!

  • The Wanderer's

  • Proud to be italian

  • i love this song and im only 13

  • Beats the hell out of just about any pop music being churned out by those losers today. Lady Ga Ga could take a lesson from Dion.

  • It's hard to not appreciate this music :)

    I'm 16 and i love it.

  • @rubyrola1959 So, there were few, who knows that music was once music!

  • NOW thats what music is all about !! "JUST GREAT"

  • hey rubyrola1959 " You rock"

  • your 18 (according to your channel) and you're listening to music thatis about 50 years old

  • I'm pretty sure you meant that as an insult, but what's your point? Yes I'm really 18, and I listen to more than this. My ear is able to take in all sorts of music. Jazz 1910's-early 70's, Blues 20's-80's, Country 20's-(maybe)early 80's, Rock+ most variations 50's-mid 90's, Ragtime, Only Old School Rap Late70's-late90's, Big-Band, and Jump Blues(R&B of late forties). But I know you don't care. I wonder why you even looked stuff like this up, if you don't like it, don't comment on it. Good Day.

  • Same here basically apart from im 19 ha ha.

It's funny how people think that because music is "old" it wont be good anymore.music never gets old.

  • hey sorry, this rascist made a comment on a video i saw and i got really mad.

I followed her channel link but she hadn't uploaded anything there were just favourites which i thought were her videos.

this video is one her 'favourites' and i wanted to insult her and this was all i could to say....

pretty shallow huh? but im 12 so thats ok :D

  • Yea, I just didn't know about your intent, sorry for my longwinded comeback, but I understand where your coming from, in terms of retaliating against old-fashoned racism, but yes it was kind of shallow, but don't remove your comments, so others understand too. Thanks for clarifying, and good day young man or woman. (I didn't check your profile so I don't know.)

  • @rubyrola1959 Don't worry about dude, i applaud you , i too at your age loved all music and still do,hell im 50 and i have an al jolson collection. mastermo666?? Are u for real? wake up,music regardless of time is for all to enjoy

  • @unklbuk1 thanks, and i'm not worried about it, but it's strange how you mentioned Al Jolson, as he's one of my personal favorites. i discovered him at 12 thanks to my Great Uncle who saw him in Korea, and collected his records. it was that discovery that fueled my love of older music, thanks for commenting though.

  • @rubyrola1959 Yeah man, Al Jolson was something, i have all his recordings check out "The Jolson Story" staring Larry Parks. Personally , one of my favorites, you'll dig the soundtrack.

  • @mastermo666 who gives a shit its nice to listen 2 proper music, compared to the shit these days

  • ha this video smells

  • Of course, all the photos are of Dion with The Belmonts. I don't know if there are even any photos of Dion with The Del Satins. They were not credited on the recordings, but added greatly to the overall sound of this great music.

  • "The Wanderer" reached #2 in the USA in December 1961.

  • This is Not Dion with the Belmonts, on this song he's back by a Brooklyn group, the Del Satins

  • Oh, sorry I didn't know that i'll end up changing it now to prevent confusion, Thanks though!

  • I have Stan Ziska on my show on Tuesday night

    Well clear it up

    LoL

    Michael
