As someone who is a fan of the band..they get permission to do covers for other's music but they also do their own. They have their own style and have songs they enjoy. As an artist who knows several musicians, they play other people's music all the time. That doesnt make them terrible. It makes them fans. Now if they did only other peoples music id agree with you but they dont. Buy their album you might see that. So do actual artists a favor and research a subject before you blast it.

@ruiaqf it IS a crime. This song would be considered copyright infringement and they would be liable to pay huge fines. Apocalyptica hasn't been dragged to court. That leaves three options:

1. They asked for express permision from the copyright holders before using it.

2. The copyright holders wasn't asked, but didn't care

3. The copyright holders aren't aware that the copyright infringement is happening

I happen to know that apocalyptica has EXPRESS PERMISSION to use it.
