@FlamingSnowman11 i completely agree this appears to be a whole lot of mumbo jumbo to sell some products, check out heartmath's store...this is a big conflict of interest and furthermore, there isn't even the smallest amount of peer reviewed literature on the topic... sure the digestive tract has long been known to have the enteric nervous system, and the heart can self regulate, but this does not mean they are involved at all with cognition

YES!! :-) Our having misunderstood our physical selves by creating the illusion of the mind and the body instead of the mindbody has been one of our greatest self-defeating mistakes. While I have a ways to go, unifying the mindbody not in belief but in being has been revolutionary...long-term maladies going away...getting off meds...in a matter of months. We truly can choose physical health by choosing emotional/spiritual health...but I had to let go of prior ideas & even identity...freedom!
Amazing to know that by simply controlling our feelings, we are contributing mightily to the well being of our dear planet. Just by consciously loving one makes a difference in the world. Truly genius
