@lhejein That look was rehearsed. They've preformed this number many times just like this. Of course, no one danced the robot like Michael did. He took a dance that was popular at the time and found a way to do it differently, quick, fast robotic motions instead of the 'slow, stiff' motion the robot was known for.

Michael had those 'moonwalk' and other move beginnings even back then. Watch him dancing and you can see how later variations could easily develop. Even back then he was a perfectionist, his moves are clean and sharp, even the way his clothes react, you would think he practiced where he could see exactly how each move would look like to the audience. Fantastic!

Michael had those 'moonwalk' and other move beginnings even back then. Watch him dancing and you can see how later variations could easily develop. Even back then he was a perfectionist, his moves are clean and sharp, even the way his clothes react, you would think he practiced where he could see exactly how each move would look like to the audience. Fantastic!

J5 also did a Dr. Pepper commercial, that's right, a Dr. Pepper radio commercial with Blame It On the Boogie (instrumental music) We have it on our Youtube Channel: bacnthaday (Very Rare). It mainly played on AM black radio stations in the 70's. Many years before the Pepsi TV commercial craze.

@VikingRaider he didnt die, he was just always in the background during the J5 days, but once jermaine left the group, randy became apart of it and they changed their name to The Jacksons, and he also had his own solo career of course it wasnt as successful as michael's but you can look up some of his music on itunes or here on youtube
