@MidnightClubFan1 You get it after doing a series of quests from the deputy in NLC. I think the last quest requires you to be lvl 80....and it requires you to kill bf.
Yeah, sins are a little different cause they don't sell other claws in the begining but I believe they sell some in aqua road. For icicles you just need to find someone nice. After finishing a quest in nlc you can buy them for 2k. So hang out near nlc and try and find a high level and ask him if he would mind buying some icicles from the npc and you can pay him back. Don't pay more than like 5k since it actaully only costs 2k.

Could you get me a good claw or tell me where to get?
Claws are more difficult to obtain. The can be bought in the places I mentioned in my video or you can make them with the proper items. Talk to J.Z. of the Street for the items or wait till level 30 and cpq. You can get the lvl 30-50 claws easily through cpq.
