I'm not talking about training to take a punch, but trainining to fight in general, to cover and counter punch etc. And there are also some exercises that you can do, it's all in the neck muscles and your stance; if you have a strong neck and you take it with the chin down and shoulders up - no way a one-punch-KO will work.

To sum this little discussion up, the bigger the guy is the harder punches he can take; if he has some fighting training as well, you will probably be the one messed up.
