This is Schubert. Mozart DID however write a canon on Ave Maria.

The lyrics are are from the traditional latin prayer of "Hail Mary", as we know it. To say it is Beethoven is false because Beethoven didn't write the lyrics, therefore he has no association with the Schubert rendition.
