i used to take regularly, never had a problem

but i started being careless and didnt messure how much i was taking, i ended up getting bad acne and lower back pains, so i stopped taking it

dude...damn you use sooo many different products...thats pretty sick. i use only one product and its sick: ON OPTIMUM NUTRITION 100% WHEY PROTEIN.
