  • How did you get the recording without the crowd cheering and how can i get it?

  • wat if you have a smaller band would this still work

  • Ostinato. Good piece.

  • I like what you did. Any tips on marching backwards? Im messing up on it alot

  • Backmarching? stay on your toes, control your upper body.

  • Try to keep you balance and train your legs to stand your weight. I had the same problem but after doing some exercises like running backwards, i was ok.

  • I think he was talking about in the Drill program? Lol

  • hey i march corps and what i found that works best is tighten your butt and your upper body. and always stay on your tows

  • if your refering to marching backwards in real life i wouldnt stay on your toes because you lose a lot of control its much better going on your platforms

  • If your not on your toes, youll trip..

  • platforms

  • Platforms all the way

  • if your not on your toes youll fall. and if you lose alot of control that way doing it constantly will make you stronger to control yourself.

  • dude your toes couldnt hold your weight its platforms

  • nothing wrong with the drill though...

  • phantom's live show was better than this recording...

  • Solid drill from the Canon Reprise til the end. Enjoyed it very much.

  • Whoa whoa... @1:33 there's gonna be ticks galore with that gating vertical line on side 2.

  • Drill set from 0:42 to 0:47 is fantastic.

  • que chimba saven como conseguir ese programa?

  • Oii...My band is doing that next season..It looks a little harder than our show flight from last year..But still fun..

  • thats really cool and good but i think the drumline should stay in the front during the solo... just a thought

  • hehehehe, and 1:11 theres a bunny.

  • way cool! luv the colorguard moments

  • Say. What`s that music called that plays as the opening and closing of your video?

  • agreed, use the finals audio, also, were there specific dots for the drumline? if so, i would've had them more prominent ina few places.. otherwise, solid

  • Wow, uh...cool fantasy drill. It was a fresh design, but good luck finding a group to pull it off. I did like the semi-rotating company front, ALA Madison 95.

And please...use the finals week audio where Regiment resolves the final chord! It drove me crazy all summer continuously listening to the show just...end.

  • pretty almost impossible lol. nice though. it still doesnt beat difficulty of the last like minute and a half of 1991 indiana star

  • I like your choice of music, CAVIES!

  • Cavies??? I'm pretty sure this was phantom regiment's 2003 show...

    lol...

  • it is...

  • yep it is

  • cavaliers and phantom are the two best corps so no harm done

  • mmmmnahh i personally dont like the calaliers style and there performances arent intresting to me, but i know there one of the best. I prefer phantom, santa clara and cadets

  • their style ummm what about cadets.....ya Keep DCI Unplugged

  • Yea, cadets need to shut up and play.

  • Why the fuck would you say that, because i like the most bad ass corps. your a fucking retard

  • oh man, if this drill was actually performed the person on the end of those rotating lines would have to sprint so much to every dot....

  • dude nice design. this would be one hell of a program to perfect. (i dont think the cavies can even perfect those rotating lines that are like 40 yards long) but i like your design the music and drill really matches up.

  • Fresh as hell.

  • all I can say is its too bad that we haven't invented the marching robot (though the Japanese marching bands are close) and then we could watch that in real life. Good job

  • Wow, we tried doing three different rotates at the end of our show once when I was a freshman. Its didnt work out. One of the triangles never made it so we did one huge shape, wasnt amazing. Liked that show though. Wish our band could do that. But im a senior now, so I dont want them to have all the fun.

    ~KEEP ROCKING~

  • i love this music in the drill

i wish our band could do this song

    we can

but i dnt know what the new band director is gonna bring next year

  • right at 2:43

  • dude howd you dod the whole entire do-see-do thing at the end? i cant figure out how to do it yet

  • What do see do thing? Tell me what time it's at! Thanks

  • What drill writing software did you use?

  • I use Field Artist 2. Watch the credits it has all that information! :)

  • wow this is some awsome drill .

  • I'm a never marched Who's Been Head Over Heals For Drum Corps for 38 yrs.Does That Qualify Me As An Expert? No.All I Am is the world's foremost authority on what floats my boat. You,sir, Float My Boat! Great Drill. If I Were A betting Man my Bet would be you miss Steve Brubaker of CAVIES fame as Much As I Do! I Say Again, Well Done. Greg

  • Thanks for the great comment!

  • it looks like a lot of 1 step intervals, and the shapes and moves seem very repetative. nice job though with the visual phrasing through the musical lines

  • Yea, definately isn't really that possible. But yea that last move with the rotating triangles, my high school did at the end of one of there shows.

  • dude thats pretty sick

  • looks great, but some of those spots are almost impossible. like the spot on the very top of the right line at 1:32

but, still that's a really cool looking drill

  • Thanks...

But I don't design any impossible sets. That person is merely jazz running.

  • What type of program is this??...Its neat

  • that was really cool :D I really like the flags!

  • PHANTOM'S problem has ALWAYS been, they CAN PLAY BETTER than anyone, but can't MARCH FOR SHIT!!!!!!!!!

Their drills are AWFUL. 2000 Masters of Mystique has to be one of THE UGLIEST drills you'll ever see. But they played the FUCK outta that MUSIC. Had they cleaned up their act in 03 they woulda won HANDS DOWN. That HARMONIC JOURNEY show is musically, OFF THE FRIGGIN CHARTS!!!!!!!!!

  • Have you marched or even payed attention to PR the past oh, four years?

  • I'm TWICE your age.....I know what i'm talking about.

  • Huh? Are you referring to the "Phantom can't march" stereotype? If this is so, I'd refer you to the scores, not anyone's age. Argumentative fallacy...Sorry age didn't teach you about those. ;)

  • too young to know WTF i'm EVEN talking about

  • Are you the same person as "PHUCKcali"? That's the only way I see this making sense.

I'm sorry that age doesn't necessarily equal maturity, though. I hope I don't grow up to be like you. ;)

  • UM, OK!!!

Go do your homework before you speak to me again.

  • ur name is shaved balls. i cant take you seriously

  • they cannot play better than anyone. they play loud, they play difficult music, but they more often than not lose their quality of sound to do so. i sometimes feel like their hornlines of today are getting credit for what their lines of the 80's and 90's. they march fine, its just that sadly their drill is often on the borring side.

  • I really dont ever hear phantom playing out out tone. They always blend their sound quite nicely! Very VERY VERY rarely, i may hear a mello ripping out those counter melodies outside of the ensemble, but thats aboutit. Very solid performance. The drill complimented the playing style very well. Just looks about 170 members, alittle to large for a corps. Way to go Arjuna!

! Im looking foward to seing your planets show!

    -Anthony

  • Thanks!! Sorry my Galaxy show is taking me so long. I havent really been working on it! But it will be ready sometime soon! In few days even!!!!

  • pretty crazy... it will be very dirty.. and almost impossible to clean... oh..

and i absolutely HATE the flag work... so BLAH!!

    lol

  • i hope this wasnt actually drill. otherwise the corps members mighta been dead after marcing it. no holds.

  • The music really needs to resolve at the end!! LOL! Anyway, what do you use to capture the video/music??? I would post a bunch of my designs, but don't know how to capture it.

  • Haha! Well I use Screen Virtuoso Pro to capture my video. Its about $40 bucks last I checked. It also has the a way to capture the music with it but it will not be good quality. I use Windows movie maker to add the show music and credits. This allows me the great quality sound!

  • Phantom Regiment did change the ending to the closer that year towards the end of the season so that it resolved a bit better. I'm just wondering where Arjunadrill got such a clean recording of their music from mid-season. *scratches head*

  • This is the finals recording. That show is 4 years old.

  • I lied. You're right.

  • Very Nicly Done Man! I really enjoy viewing your shows. I just wrote one to the Cadets 2005 closer, but that program makes it skip so i have no way of posting them. Keep up the good work!
