Nice place to train. I can do a 1h push up and those wrist push ups too. I can do 30 1h push ups and 20 wrist push ups, but I have trouble with hanging in the pole like you did and the handstand push up.
lol the wrist push ups can be dangerous but his form is proper and it helps strengthen the wrist.. makes them less suceptible to breaking, the one becomes harder. ur realy good though m8 keep it up best to yea
hey thats awesome. in the beginning when your doing those pull up and over things, dont go one arm then the other. this favors one arm over the other one. its better to struggle with both arms simultaneously than do that. also those wrist pushups cant be good for you. anyway your pretty sickkk keep it up!
You've obviously never done one in your life. The muscle up? You can't "struggle" through a muscle-up. It's all or nothing. BAM and you get up or you fall back down all in one motion. going one arm into another is easier, and is transitional... (I should upload some videos so I don't sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about)
some impressive stuff. you didnt take that jumping wrist press up from jackie chans 'monky .. somethin' did you. i recommend doing two seperate press ups of each rather then switching like that. still some good stuff

Drop the level down to solid perfect pushups (where you go ALL the way down), pullups (slow and controlled with varied grips) and squats until you perfect your technique, THEN amp it up.
Post a movie that shows that and I'll believe you. I'm going into the USMC and I'm a very fit traceur and I can only do 17 in one go on a good day. Post a movie of solid, perfect form training. Show them young'ins whatcha got!

I mean, sure it is impressive to post a vid of one handed pushups, muscle ups and pistols but you do them quickly and without any control.

first of all your one handed pushups should be chest to thumb, so theyre wrong, the pistols should be performed with the foot flat, not on your toes, so theyre wrong and with the handstand pushups you should touch the floor with your head. ....

that was awesome, but keep yourself straight when doing the handstand push-ups; otherwise, you could over-train one side, and under-train the other
