sweet mix proper enjoyed it. One thing ill say though is when your mixing if you dont nudge the record on with your hand all the time to keep it in beat and instead learn to just use the pitch that way you dont get the really quickly speeded up sound. Using the pitch sounds alot more gradual and more natural. keep it up dnb forever!

-dont back cue too much your records wont last long with that much cueburn

-if you songs are falling off dont just push it change the speed aswell

nice mix mate! all i can say is when your playing on the first deck and mixing in the second record i saw that you kept using your fingers to speed it up this is alright but when you do that pull the pitch down(faster) a lil bit everytime u do it becuase since your speeding it up with your fingers that indicateds that the record is too slow so you make it faster by spinning with your fingers and speed it up with the pitch so it sounds balaced again ;)

Mate, just want to say, really good choice of tunes and the way youve ordered them, that mix of Say and Robocop remix is pretty fucking heavy man!

Also good beatmatching, but as someone else said, try using the EQs to mix it a little, fade in songs with no bass, switch the bass's around mid-mix, also try using the crossfader/volume faders to cut in and out of either tracks like you did with the small break in Screamer VIP.

Personally i think its pretty sick to see someone that young DJing.

wish i'd started as young as you! im 21 and have been going long enough to be savage but shit man, by the time your my age you really could be the next big thing. like matey said below, learn to use equalisers. you'll be surprised how much you can accomplish with them if used properly. and if that one doesn't (cant tell) get a mixer with mid-range control eventually, it's definitely the most important.

it's hard for me to not spell that in capitals xD using vinyl is maybe one of the most dificult ways to mix your music, and drum 'n base is not the easiest style to start with but you're doing pretty well =)

one tip: try to "sell" yourself a bit more, stop moving your head up and down and try to look like you are the best dj in the world (but don't try it too hard because you'll look like a retard or something), should make a big difference and it shure looks more professional. ;)

CD decks are good and vinyl is good. Dont run your mouth and sound like an uneducated cunt. I have CDJ's and I enjoy them and the people I play for enjoy my sets. You still have to match beats. Master tempo control is the argument, but I think it allows more music to be played thus making more combos of mixes. when mixing DnB with cd decks the BPM fluctuates between 87 bpm's and 171-180 BPM's on the CDJ-1000's. House tracks will stay the same 140 bpm (or whatever bpm) through out the entire track. DnB has to much going on for even the CDJ1000's to read so you still have to beat match by ear %95 of the time. Much respect to the dudes that spin vinyl. I have both, I like both. Every one wants to turn this shit into "us vs them". GROW THE FUCK UP!
