No one actually tells you, but theres a trick to owning that 72oz monster I my self have done it, my father in law lives in Roswell NM and Amarillo is two hours away from there so one day when we went to go visit im I say I felt like steak but not just any steak "the Big 72ozer" so we drove and I took the challenge. The trick is, even though its 72oz almost 1/4 of that steak was gristle and in the rule book for the challenge it you don't have to eat it. I cut it up in bite sizes and in it went
