A faith will always be a faith, it will be always in your head , wich is your ''soul''

the problem is it's a fact that if someone believed a long time the moon is a cristal, and some one said, I can show you it's rock, and the light comes from the mirror behavior from surface (sun light) . that person WILL NOT BELIEVE YOU in years unless many people confice him, faith today looks like conficing in large groups. the point is no evidence :/

Well if u know something about history, the only reason why everyone is christian is because Constantine the Great between 306-337 won the War against Maxentius. (he lost by a brigde and drowned in a river by himself) He thought to be so lucky, the only reason could be a other god, like the one of his mother (wich was christian) So he stopped the christian persecution. and changed everyone in a christain. concilie Nicaea made jesus a son of god. It's all made up sort of.

Thank You Dr. Stanley for the word today. Actually I have many questions in the past days, as if God abandoned me, my spiritual life seems to become monotonous. You are right i might loose the fellowship but I did not loose the relationship, I think I need more self evaluation on my spiritual life, Thanks God Bless.

Sometimes these things happen when we are doing the wrong things. And sometimes they happen when we are doing things right. That's what happened to poor Job. Job learned much about patience and endurance through his trials. Whichever of these is your case, just remember this promise of Jesus from Matthew 6:33, "Seek First the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added to you." In spite of all that I do to draw nearer to GOD, seriously, I feel as if HE has left me here all alone. I've been divorced for 20 years, no kids, and the misery and burnout plague me seemingly on a daily basis. Tears well in my eyes. I am so tired of praying and nothing happening. 20 years of praying, still in the same place. Whatever happened to the desires of my heart? I don't ask for that much. Not much at all. Wrote a poem about it which I'll post.

@latech1116 I would advise you to step out. Try volunteering, open up, take a Bible class, join a group. Get out. Are you in a healthy well balanced Christ centered church? They always need workers.

@Brucev7 Volunteer? Have been single parent for 20 years - father of child abandoned us. Living in poverty, working hard for little money nothing is changing for better. I am bitter do my best to lay this at God's feet. Things have gotten worse financially not better. God loves me? He is silent. Looking in see I want to give up; have no energy, less options left, or not one's I'd want, no desire to move forward. You say, see what God wants to change. Where and when?

Maybe you have abandoned God, Ask yourself this question, Am I living according to God's Word? God is waiting for you to respond to Him, His Timing is not our own, be patient, and wait on the Lord for He knows what is best for you, Be Blessed!
