  • HI! your technique is kind of interesting but i never get to see the rose clearly...and the leaf looks awesome! thanks and i'm hoping for the better video you promised :D

  • @donpruspeaks Yes Hi I know I promised and have not come through yet :-) I will try to get to the asap This video is hard to see. I agree. Thanks for the push ....

  • Your voice sounds just like Rose Levy Beranbaum!

  • @HollandAmericalover That is too funny. I have never heard her voice. I love her book and use it all the time.

  • Thanks for showing this. I wish it was zoomed in more so I can see it closer. It was hard to really see it. Thanks for showing how to make the base of the rose.

  • @ELVADASELEITHIA Hi Yes I know its not the best angles and so forth. I will make a new and better version soon. Thanks for watching. Have you visited my website yet? There is a lot to see there. :-)

  • @weddingcakesforyou NO I hav not. Where is your website?

  • @weddingcakesforyou The link is live under each video . Hope you like it.

  • awesome video, really enjoyed watching! Channel is great too

  • @SophyStory Thank you so much i am very glad that you are enjoying my vids.:-)

  • i have a question when i make roses they always tend to fall to one side when im doing them is it coz my buttercream is too soft?

  • @dreamondreamer1990 Hi most likely that is the cause.

  • "Great tutorial on making roses. I have hot hands & have a hard time making flowers look nice...they usually end up looking glossy & like they're melting. I have kind of giving up on trying to make them. Your rose is beatiful.."

  • @yaniangelicstyle Yani, You could try the buttercream made with crisco. It doesn't melt as easily. I wouldn't frost a cake with it but it is good for decorating if you have the hot hands issue.

  • @weddingcakesforyou "Thank you so much I will try it especially now that I have the blessings to go ahead and use crisco from you."

  • @yaniangelicstyle LOL Yes Yani You have my blessing! Go for it! But only for decorations mind you LOL!!!

  • Thank you. This was so helpful! Looking forward to seeing your web site.

  • @thrudwyn Thank. Im glad it was helpful. I hope you like my website. :-)

  • That's an awesome rose :D Thanks for the video!

  • @asihall Thank you :-) and Your welcome!

  • Those are beautiful... could you do another video but closer to your hands?

  • @angelismom I will eventually add that . yes. Thanks for watching my channel and for your suggestion.

  • @RubyTeaCakes Hi Ruby I hate the thought of eating Crisco. Butter is a little harder to work (especially for making flowers, with and is not pure white, but I would much rather have the cake and the flowers taste awesome.

  • wow your cakes are gorgeous!

  • @catelsa2010 Thanks so much!

  • Where do you get that like thingy where you make roses and flowers and other stuff on.

  • @PinkCrystalShine

Hi you can get the flower nail, bags, tips and couplers at Michael's Craft stores. Or online.

  • Did you get those muscle-y arms from cake decorating? Nice!

  • Hi , No they came from bodybuilding! I wish cake decorating would keep me shape! : )

  • When my buttercream starts to get soft I like to use the insta-fridge (shown in my 'Buttercream Roses, 3 methods' video), I have the hottest hands :D

  • Thanks . i will check it out!

  • thx...ur very helpful

  • You are very welcome!!
